Please join us on Saturday, January 24 at 9 a.m. in HSSB 6020 for a discussion of the intersections of medieval translation with the modern world. Peggy McCracken (University of Michigan), Jody Enders (UCSB) and Marcella Munson (Florida Atlantic University) will participate in a panel on the topic of medieval translation and its relevance to translation theory and practice today. Their talks will provide interesting perspectives on translation theory and practice as part of a larger conversation regarding the role of translation and translators in today’s global world.
