Please join us in learning about new research by graduate students in the field of identity and providing feedback for their future work. Maggie Safronova  will present “Does Language Matter?  Instrumental Use of Language in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.” Geoff Allen  will present “Institutional Structures and Representation for ‘Stranded Minorities.'” Natashe Bennett will present “Who is a Citizen? Articulations of Citizenship among Marginalized Communities and the Implications for Access to Justice and Human Rights.”
