  4. Agreement for the Use of the IHC Conference Rooms

    Please initial indicating your agreement with the following conditions for using the room:

  5. I agree to restore the room to its original condition. Chairs will be reset according to the seating chart posted on the wall in 6020 HSSB. Lights will be turned off, blinds lowered, windows closed, and doors locked.  Any spilled food or litter will be cleaned up.  All keys will be returned by the next business day following the event.  I understand that users will be recharged for extraordinary cleaning expenses, repair of any damage, and any lost keys. 

    I understand that the IHC does not provide technical support or furniture services.
