The History of the Book and Material Texts studies the impact of print across disciplinary, chronological and geographic boundaries. In addition, we study the physicality of texts as important to their interpretations, the way our lives as scholars are shaped by print, and the interface between print and new media technologies. We are actively seeking new members in and beyond literature departments.
