Frederick John Dalton will discuss his new book The Moral Vision of Cesar Chavez (2003), which explores how the religiosity and spirituality of Cesar Chavez informed his work as a labor and civil rights leader. Dalton's study is the first to bring significant attention to these crucial aspects of the life of one of the great Americans of the 20th century.
