TALK: Inclusion as a Social Practice: Views of Children with Autism

Olga
Solomon, a post-doctoral fellow in the department of Anthropology
at UCLA, and the director of the “Ethnography of Autism”
project (Elinor Ochs, Primary Investigator) through the UCLA Sloan
Center on Everyday Life of Families, will review the findings of this
interdisciplinary study of sixteen 8 to12 year old children with autistic
spectrum disorders living in California and attending fully inclusive
classrooms.
