Driving Directions to UCSB
The HSSB is located directly adjacent to the Events Center on the UCSB campus

Traveling north on Highway 101:

Take the Airport/UCSB exit (Highway 217) off U.S. 101 approximately eight miles north of Santa Barbara to the campus East Gate.

Traveling south on Highway 101:

Take the Storke Road/Glen Annie Road exit off U.S. 101 approximately twelve miles north of Santa Barbara. Turn right on Storke Road and proceed two miles to El Colegio Road. Turn left on El Colegio Road and proceed to the campus West Gate entrance.

From the airport

The Santa Barbara airport is a short distance away from the UCSB campus. Cabs are available at the airport and cost between $10-15 each way. Rental car services are also available at SBA.

On Campus Parking
UC Faculty and Staff
Faculty and Staff permit holders from other UC campuses are eligible for complimentary
parking permits per the reciprocity agreement among the universities.

Non-UC Faculty and Staff
UCSB Parking Permits required 7:30AM to 10:00PM Monday – Sunday.
There is no Public Parking Midnight to 5:00AM, Monday – Sunday.

Daily Visitor Parking 7:30AM–5:00PM: parking permits purchased from permit dispensers (located throughout campus) and the parking office, are valid in “C” stalls / lots only.

Evening & Weekend Visitor Parking 5:00PM–10:00PM: parking permits purchased from
permit dispensers are valid in “C”, “S” and “A” stalls/lots except stalls/areas marked
“Enforced At All Times”, “Reserved” or “Restricted”. Violators are subject to citation.
